There is a significant amount of scientific evidence to support that Mindfulness can reduce stress and anxiety, boost confidence and self-esteem, increase productivity and feelings of wellbeing both in our home lives and at work.

Furthermore, Mindfulness can help those who have experienced with depression from having further relapses and is now a treatment recommended by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE).

As well as tailored support, a more structured 8-week programme is also offered.

Mindfulness Now Programme

So many of our waking days can be wasted worrying about the past, things we have said or done or worrying about the future – the endless ‘what ifs?’ We are, in effect, wasting valuable time worrying about things that may never actually happen!

The ‘Mindfulness Now’ programme delivered was written by the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation.

The aim of the programme is to bring balance, calm and a sense of control and purpose to your life, thereby supporting your wellbeing and mental health. It combines elements of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction.

The programme would be ideal if you would like to transform the way you respond to limiting thoughts and feelings.

It also offers considerable benefits for employers wishing to support their employees’ wellbeing in the workplace.
